Sellers: If you are a seller we will negotiate with you directly for the sale of your home to us. We do not act as intermediary between you and a buyer. That is what Realtors are for. We may market your property on our web site and other means after we have signed a purchase agreement but before the sale closes.

Buyers: We work with buyers only with the properties we own. We only market to our list of buyers who have contacted us homes we own. In some cases, will will look to purchase a house based on the buyers criteria. We have a skilled team of contractors at the ready to repair and rehabilitate houses in disrepair. In some cases, yu can pick your own colors!
