We work with buyers who can move into the property quickly before the encounter loan processing delays and cumbersome paperwork. We have a large list of prescreened buyers who may need some time to complete the down payment or solve credit issues. These are mostly young families who want to experience the dream of home ownership. We work with lenders who are able to overcome obstacles that others are not.
